Cucumber side dish for chapathi

This is for people like me who cannot eat the vegetables raw. Of course, for anyone who can eat it as is, cooking is not required. Cooking for a few minutes softens the vegetables and also retains the crunch. This is generally what I have with a roti for breakfast.

Ingredients:
  1. Cucumber diced - 2 cup
  2. Onion - 1/2 cup diced
  3. Chilli - 1 Chilli/ to taste
  4. Tomato - 1/2 cup diced
  5. Sprouts - 1/2 cup
  6. Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Method:
  1. Add everything in a pan and cook on medium for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Serve hot with chapathi.

 Notes:
  1.  You can add oil and season it before adding the vegetables. The curry can be cooked longer if desired too.
  2. I pulsed chick pea sprouts in blender for a few seconds before adding to the dish. Mung sprouts can be added as is.
