Pudina Pachadi/Chutney

Simple and flavorful chutney with fresh pudina and chillies. Tastes good with rice or as a sandwich spread too.

  1. Pudina Leaves -3 cups packed
  2. Green chillies - 5 or more based on your tolerance of heat
  3. Lemon juice - 1tsp
  4. Oil - 1tsp
  1. Take pudina leaves and green chillies in a pan and heat until the leaves are wilted.
  2. Cool and grind the leaves/chillies, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Season the chutney with the regular rai/jeera tadka. Tastes good for couple of days refrigerated.
