Simple and flavorful chutney with fresh pudina and chillies. Tastes good with rice or as a sandwich spread too.
- Pudina Leaves -3 cups packed
- Green chillies - 5 or more based on your tolerance of heat
- Lemon juice - 1tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
- Take pudina leaves and green chillies in a pan and heat until the leaves are wilted.
- Cool and grind the leaves/chillies, lemon juice and salt.
- Season the chutney with the regular rai/jeera tadka. Tastes good for couple of days refrigerated.
